These apartments are extremely deceiving. While they look nice and come with many amenities please be advised to stay away. First, they are poorly built. You can hear EVERYTHING in your neighbors (beside you, below you, above you) apartment. Also, in the winter it is FREEZING! When we complained we were told the windows were made for Texas living conditions! Next, the staff may seem nice but when it comes to getting things done you have to CONSTANTLY call and remind them, beg them, and practically harass them to get problems fixed. Occassionally they will surprise you! In addition, there is crime in these apartments. My apartment was broken into and the damage done was never fixed (with the exception of a new outside lock). Also, if you are from out of town BEWARE this is not a good area! I still have damaged walls, bedroom door, and a front door that leaks air. Lastly, the parking is a nightmare. If you work late or have night classes expect to park in the off site lot next to the abandoned building (with no lights). You will never have guests over because they will be worried about getting towed. They tell you to get a "guest pass" but usually they are ALL signed out and will not give you one. Make up your own mind but just remember what we are all saying from experience.
