I lived at pen place for two years, my car was broken into three times, we had a stabbing across the hall, a car in the parking lot lit on fire, and drug dealers everywhere!! It's in a VERY bad part of town, and parking is a joke. There is no safetly and the staff is horriable. Granted the apartments are nice, but you can find a better house in the area for less money. I am a 20 year old girl and did not feel safe at all. Unless u want drunk kids and drug dealers near by, don't move. Oh and to make it even better we had a rape at the laundry mat across the street, and a drowning in the lake behind. Horriable place to live. RUN AWAY
