I have lived in Peninsular for 3 years now. I have only stayed because of the amenities. Yes, everyone above me is RIGHT about the murder, the car fire, the shooting at the Wooden nickle, car robberies, other robberies, etc.
I live on the first floor. I am scared to even open the windows here because of the creepy neighbors and the parties that go on.

I have not been able to get friends to live with me so they do "roommate matching" this is a total JOKE I have had nothing but problems with my room mates. My first ones did not even speak english. My second one was a control freak, my 3rd one was section 8 and moved in her WHOLE family and ran a daycare out of here and was evicted due to non-pay even though I complained like 90 times about her. my 4th one drinks and sleeps around all the time and is slowly moving me out of a place that I have been living in longer.

do NOT live here it is very UNsafe and I do not feel comfortable walking around late at night. Security patrols every night but their flashing lights on the top of the car makes me feel as if there are real cops around and they do go inside the clubhouse only to make sure that everything is ok in there but they only go in after hours.

Maintence is pretty decent. Dean gets things done but some times he needs to come back two and three times just to get the job fixed the right way. The sinks clog way to easily.

My stove has caught on fire 2 or 3 times if you plan on cooking open the doors and the windows because it gets really HOT in there. The A bedroom in the 3 bedroom setting does not hold heat which is why I moved to the C bedroom.

This is just all around TERRIBLE

Find a better place! This place should be called ----- place not Peninsular!

If you have lived there for three years and have had all these roommate issues maybe you should take a look in the mirror. I moved in and had some roommates that where a little iffy but management helped me move to a different apartment with new roommates and things have been great ever since. I even renewed my lease for next year because I was reassigned with some great roommates.

I have complained to Management MULTIPLE times about my room mates. They told me "deal with it"
