The apartments come furnished and that's nice, but the price to live here is too much. If you want to have roommates to cut down on costs, you probably will not get matched up with people who have similar characteristics as you. I had to deal with roommates who had pets and the apartment stunk! I moved out into another apartment in the same complex and my roommate in the second apartment got robbed! The security here is not the greatest and Pen Place is situated in such an open place where anyone can get to it, it should be fenced off and have better security. The maintence was good.
