I moved in right after these places opened. They were build way too fast and cheaply. The paint would rub off the walls, things broke very easily (our heat broke many times). I loved the size and privacy even living in a 4 bedroom it was like living on your own. The staff was rude there was NEVER any parking. They had an off-site lot which you had to walk quite a bit to get to. If you were caught walking over the railroad tracks you would get a ticket.

The panic alarm buttons were so sensitive that if you scrapped it with a coat it would go off. It got so bad that the cops would take their time getting there. It took them an hour to come to ours when it was accidentally hit, then we got a fine.

Walls were not sound proof neither were the floors. I could hear everything everywhere!

Price for a 4 bedroom was $475 per person!
