The outside of the apartments look very nice. They are newer and have nice appliances inside. The rooms and spacious and its nice having your own bathroom and not having to share with others. That's about the only positive thing I have to say about this place. On the other side.... The noise level in the apartments is horrible. People having parties at all hours, music being played 24/7. I complained to management many times. (Probably at least 2 times a week). Nothing was ever done. They say they have security after hours to keep people from violating their leases but they do not do anything. I always saw them across the street at the gas station all night or making a run to mcdonalds. It is a complete joke. It is not a good environment for people to go to school in or have a job in. I think the rent is way over priced for what you get. especially having to share a lot of the living space with other people. There are also a lot of drug dealers in the apartments. The people living next to me were the drug deals and had people coming in and out at all hours of the day, all day, all night, all the time!!! When I would come home from work there were always people outside smoking weed and doing other drugs. There also was a convicted sex offender that live in the apartments. Being a girl and coming home late at night is very scary. There's always people sitting in their cars and it always looks like they are up to no good. The other residents in the apartments were very rude. People parked their cars in all directions and it was just very rude. I had about 10 dents on my brand new car within a year from paring there. Anybody who had a junker didn't care and just opened their door. I do not recommend that anybody live here. The office staff just gives you a run a round on everything. Most of the office staff isn't there long so everyone's new and they have no idea what they are doing. They tried to get me to pay 500 dollars for not turning in my parking sticker and not having my mailbox key. Their fees are ridiculous. I always overpaid on my rent, never late and they still always gave me a hard time. You have to make sure you keep your receipts from paying your rent because you never know when your going to get that letter in the mail saying you didn't pay. Living here was a total nightmare. I was so happy when my lease was over. Never live here!
