Honestly one of the worst places I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. The rent is high yes, but the infestation of spiders outside and raccoons is enough to make one question why rent is so high along with utilities. The parking is ridiculous, had two friends get towed because they never gave out the visitor parking stickers like they requested and the staff is an absolute joke. They call your phone like 7 times a week asking you to renew your lease, but seem to have an issue with helping with any problems. And they lose documents, I had DHS help me with a rent payment one month and it required pen. place to fill out a sheet and they did, but they "lost" it for a day resulting in further complications for me. All in all its nice because of the furniture and size, but parties are impossible (if you're worried about that kinda thing) because of the panic alarms that seem to go off conveniently when you have more than 10 people over. I absolutely do NOT recommend this place, there are many other cheaper more reasonable apartments around the EMU area just overlook this place, and don't be fooled by their price drop, still not worth the money.

ps. the walls are PAPER thin, you will hear everything
