I have lived here for almost a year now. When I moved innothing was ready. The counters were not sprayed and the new cabinets which I am paying extra for were not installed. The carpet had not been replaced like I was told it would be.The A/C has never worked, but of course they have tried to fix it at least 10 times. The heat doesn't work either. And to make matters worse the manager DOES NOT care if your heat works or not. The wiring is horrible. These apts. were built in the 70's and they have done little to nothing to improve them. We have power serges all the time. We have had 3 bats in your apt and the maintence men have never patched the hole so that they can no longer get in! Our heat bill, when the heat works, is outragious! I had a much larger apt before this and I spent half of waht I spend now. We only have enough hot water to take a luke warn shower for about 5 minutes. The manager of the complex is a real jerk. He is rude and puts off any request you may have to have work done on your apt. The special they are offering sounds great, but remeber..you get what you pay for.
