We did NOT like living here. We tried to get out of our lease early, but they told us we had to pay the full year's rent whether we lived there or not.

We argued, and they said that if they could rent it to someone else during that time, we would get some of our money back. We said "Fine" since we wanted to get out ASAP. We saw that someone else was living in our apartment just a few weeks after we moved, but we never got a penny of our money back.

Management was always pretty rude.

When we first moved in, our phone line didn't work. Ameritech said the problem was with the wiring inside the apartment, and so it was the apartment complex's responsibility. Management said they have nothing to do with phone lines, so they wouldn't fix it. We had to pay Ameritech $95 to come fix it. They said the carpet layer had sliced right through the phone line, and that's why it didn't work. We talked to the person who lived there after us and he said the SAME EXACT THING HAPPENED TO HIM. Don't trust the management here.

Parking was bad, and it took forever for snow plows to come. We had the little old lady who lived below us shoveling our sidewalk in the mornings because the maintenance people never did.

We constantly had bums sitting in our stairwell. When people got evicted, they would throw everything up by the road, and drivers would stop their cars to steal people's things.

The cops were at the apartment complex at least once/month. We suspect that we were living next to a drug dealer because strange people were coming in at all hours, and sometimes they were laying on the floor outside of our neighbor's door.

The water was horrible--not good for drinking. Definitely recommend a water filtration unit if you move in.

The one good thing was the pool. It was spacious and clean.
