We have lived at Ridgewood apartments now about 6 months now and were instantly not happy with the place. If you have read any of these reviews you have heard it all. The maintance is horrible, my washer broke it took a month before they even looked at it and that was with us calling all the time, and then took two months to finally fix it. Our heat broke and they attempted to fix it several times in a two month period. We have a 6 month old baby and only having a space heater for weeks is unacceptable. The windows, lol what windows' They might as well be holes in your walls. Bottom line this place is not very nice, its cold and nasty. When things break good luck getting them fixed. Move on and find something better.
