If you would like spanish music and culture, if you don't care people sitting in front of apartment door all day and drink and make noise and pissing in your corner it's perfect for you.
If you don't care gas price both heating and cooling, it's perfect for you.
If you don't care rent increase 10-15% every year, it's perfect for you.
