For the area this is the best place to live. I am a grad student and need a quiet place to study. Of course you can here neighbors occasionally but it is an apt. after all. The office staff has been great with any maintenance request I have had, and the maintenance staff has been prompt to respond. I have read some of these reviews complaining about parking. I personally like it. I am always able to find a place to park, and my wife(who works retail)sometimes gets home late and she can always find a spot close to our building. The lots are well lit and they have security doors. I guess if you just want to party this is not the place for you... but if you want a nice, safe place, that would wouldn't be embarassed to have family come visit, this is the place.
