I currently live here in a 1 bedroom apartment. I'll start with the good and end with the bad. The apartment is actually a good size with a lot of closet room. The office staff are super nice and freindly. Maintenance is not the friendliest but they get the job done quickly and accurately. The location is nice because its walking distance from EMU. Most importantly, ALL THE UTILITIES ARE PAID, this includes HEAT AND A/C. The only thing you have to pay your electric bill... i average $19.00/month.

I really only have a couple of complaints:

1. In the summer time you will find a lot of insects making there way past the balcony door.
2. If you live on the second floor, your balcony doesn't have an awning (in some apartments), so your stuff gets wet when it rains.
3. You don't have to pay your water bill which is a plus, but that means you have to share your water with the other apartments, therefore if they flush THEIR toilet or turn on THEIR sink, your screwed. BuLYzGcKAVo8MQPlcXJq
