Although parking was crappy, it was a decent apartment complex. Everytime my roomate called maintence (which he did frequently, cause he was annoying) they responded in a timely and efficent manner.

The staff is great, there is a pool, but no work out area. It's close to EMU and reasonably priced for its quality.
