Very large space; you get a lot for what you pay, especially this close to EMU. The balconies are HUGE and are great for plants and BBQ parties. I did have problems with a # of things breaking within the apt, but the management was great about coming right out to fix it. EMU faculty get a discount! As for complaints about parking, I ALWAYS could find a place. Only when I was out late did I need to park away from my building, but there were always spots available. Yes, visitor parking is kinda crazy; I had late guests park on the side street...even if they got ticketed it be less than the tow! I liked my place alot.
