Overall I was satisfied with my apartment. Size was fairly decent and it was in great condition. Water was paid for which was nice though the pressure made for longer showers and dish washing. It?s fairly close to 23 and 94 which is also a plus. The major downside is the parking though. When I was touring the community I was told parking was not a huge concern and that guests could park on nearby streets. Not only do I end up parking half way across the community past six due to a lack of parking, but the only streets nearby are permit parking. The tow trucks drive by very often. Also, the price is a bit high. Obviously paying a bit more for a nice place is normal but I believe they charge a bit too much. One other thing is the laundry machines are overpriced. 1.50 for one load is not average around here. It?s not a bad place overall but I would not recommend simply because of parking and price.

5/02 - Additional comments: Another BIG downside... they raised our rent by roughly $80, taking the cost of a a one bedroom up to roughly $750. I've recently dealt with management and they have been very friendly, though I have yet to make any major complaints and see how they take that. Now that it is spring.... parking is conciderably better, but for obvious reasons... many college students have gone home. One last comment I failed to mention... this complex does not allow you to really control your temperature. It's lucky that this spring has been mild thus far because they do not turn the A/C on until mid-June. You are able to control if the air is on high low or off, but not the temp... which seems a bit odd for the price we pay.
