River Drive offers roomy floor plans with added benefits. Apartments include extra storage, and free heat and air conditioning which saves a lot! Definitely a good value, but the parking is tight. They do provide parking for their tennents, but not really for guests. Management and maintenance is spectacular. During winter storms, they're always working full time on clearing the parking lots and sidewalks, which is a must in Michigan. They will even take the time to plow or push your car out when you're stuck. I would definitely recommend to a friend although the parking does get annoying.
