River Drive has been a good experience overall thus far. Living on the ground level, the windows are frosting up now that it's 5 degrees outside but the heaters take care of the problem. The staff is great, any maintainence problems are attended to quickly. With the exception of the apartment above me, it's a pretty quiet place without a ton of interruptions. The lockable storage cage in the laundry room which each apartment gets is a big plus too. Parking isn't an issue either.
