I lived in river drive a year ago, and I was very happy there. The staff was extremely helpful to me, they were quick to solve maintenance issues and the apartments were pretty nice. I think the only thing that prevented me from living there another year was the rent, it was a pretty pricey for just two people. The parking was a little rough as well, if you came back late at night you would have to park pretty far from your apartment.
