I loved living at River Drive. I never used the pool but I always liked how the grounds were maintained. I don't believe we had any maintenance problems which would require anyone to fix. Management was nice. I didn't hear much of anyone else's music or loudness, probably because we drowned them out. But they never complained about us so it couldn't be that bad. Parking is and probably always will be terrible. The price can be relatively high. The biggest draw for this apartment is that it's a short walk to Eastern Michigan's campus and it's not as noisy/bothersome as RiverRain, or any other apartment complex in the area for that matter (not including Penninsular Place - that wasn't around when I lived in River Drive).
