An okay place to live

I just moved in not to long ago and I thought I was gonna love it. At first I planned to stay here until I graduated but I've decided I'm probably gonna end this lease early. First, it took the maintenance almost a month to come out and fix the problems in my apartment after I moved in, and they still didn't complete everything because it was their "busy time". Whatever that means...... Second I had to keep complaining about stuff that was wrong, and I haven't even been here a whole 2 months yet!! The manager of the complex is a rude ----- and doesn't respect the tenants. I complained about something and she told me I was "being ridiculous" because I was complaining and I had been for the whole time I've been living there. The only person that I've encountered that seem to care about the tenants is Jeff, but thats another story. But anyways, the grass is brown in half the areas, I've never seen a sprinkler. The pool is nice and kept up. Parking is horrible!! If I come home after 8:30, its a lost cause to try to park anywhere close to my apartment. At first I thought the curbside pickup for trash was nice, but its not, its attracts bugs and critters and then people still put there trash out on the days when they don't pick it up so it just makes it an ugly sight. The buildings are old, and I accepted that but if stuff is so old that you can't find replacement parts for it, then its just time to upgrade. But who knows if that will ever happen. Overall, I'm happy with the spacious rooms and closets. The rent is a bit overpriced but thats what you have to pay to stay close to campus.
UPDATE! I've been staying here for almost a year now, and it has gotten better. The office has different staff and they are much nicer, the maintenance workers are prompt when I have a problem. A problem that I've encountered recently was the air conditioner leaking and the residents upstairs was leaking at the same time which caused a slight flood in my living room, so my living room wall had to be ripped out and redone. I don't know how often the air conditioner's leak, but I've heard a few people who've had problems with them. Also, even though the building is supposed to be secured, the main door keeps breaking and you don't need a key to open it anymore, so that makes me feel a little unsafe. I still feel like I could be getting a better price somewhere else. 3mPoZ6gGN6wTPgNi4L2C

Hate to say it, but after living in the area (at several different places) for 7 years, this is a really good deal with decent staff. I do think the prices have gone up since I moved out, but the apartments are huge and if you're not a total pain in the ---, they're very helpful.

Yeah, the price might be good, but for something older and doesn't make me feel safe, I feel like I'd rather pay more somewhere else. Also I moved, and it's much nicer and newer and less expensive. I don't have to worry about my living room wall being ripped out and not repaired for 2 weeks, and no nasty manager that disrespects tenants for a serious problem, and multiple other problems. You may have had a good stay but that's not the same for everybody, some people have had a great experience and some not. Besides the maintenance issues, it was fine, but if something is going to go wrong every month, I'd rather relocate.
