I have lived here for three months now. I haven't had any problems that haven't been fixed right away. The maintenance guys are extremely nice and seem to care about the people living here...not just doing enough to keep their job. The only complaint I had is the air conditioning is not good when every one has it on but they just replaced the units on top of the building so we will have to wait for next summer to see how that works. I don't feel right complaining about that anyway because they pay for it. I have heard complaints about parking but I haven't had any problems with it. Even at night I can usually find a parking spot right infront of my door. Overall I am thrilled an will probbably live here until I graduate.
EDIT: I have now lived here for eight or nine months and I am disappointed in River Drive. So far my storage in the basement has been broken into alteast twice. There have been violent crimes in the complex that we were not notified of. I understand that they are not required to notify us of every occurence, but I think that it would show that they actually care about the people living here, especially when the police chase someone right past my door when my fionce is trying to leave for class. We have had two leaks in our master bedroom. The first one was fixed promptly and they said it was the roofers that messed up. We now have a new leak in the same place and the maintanence people came and looked at it almost a week ago and haven't been back. Every one is still extremly nice when you talk to them but that only goes so far.
