When i first started looking for apartments, I really was interested in River Drive because it was close to school and it seemed to be safe. Since I have moved in in August, I have been EXTREMELY disappointed in this apartment. I have had to make numerous maintenance calls because the apartments are so old and everything is breaking down. The walls are extremely thin, and I can hear everything and my upstairs neighbors are extremely loud. My boyfriends car got broken into, and my bike was stolen out of the storage unit downstairs. HORRIBLE!!!!!!!! the only bright side of this place is the maintenance staff are wonderful. not enough guest parking. this place is not safe in my opinion and worth the price.
