Reading all the information that was wrote concering this property is not so true. One person (a guest) was stabbed out on the lawn by another gues and only one young man died here and that is still not solved. I have lived here for 4 years and I have never been afraid and they have new security which are great. They stop the loud parties and any other disturbences that occur. I don't know where the person who wrote all the wrong info was living but it sure wasn't at Riverrain. The staff is friendly, Maintenance is done right away and they are friendly. They are going to gate the community this next year we have been told so all hard partiers will have to go some where else. The patches and garbage in the hallways are done by people living here and the maintenance walk the halls and pickup everything that we throw in them and they repair the halls. Example: Someone punched a hall in wall of my building and they were there the next morning and started fixing it. So if you want a great place to live, other students to make friends with and close to campus this is the place.
