I was a resident of riverrain for 1 year and it was not what everyone is makin git out to be. First of all, the stabbing that occurred could have happened anywhere and riverrain has taken many measures including heightened security to prevent such things. In regards to the other two deaths that prior posts have mentioned, they are one in the same. The OD was a suicide, and I really don't understand why that would reflect the management or the community in any way. I enjoyed my year there, the apartments are awesome and the office is friendly and helpful. I would recommend this place to any student.
