My entire experience with Riverrain SUCKED. The management sucked!! they took my entire security deposity and added on ridiculous fee's. The size was awesome, but the manager debbie needs to rot in hell. I think they have a different manager now, but beware of the super high security deposit. They also tow cars like whoa! my friend parked for a matter of seconds and they were towing her car. With only 4 parking passes and super far away guest parking, that sucked. The security guards sucked, they did not make me feel safe.
