I lived at Riverrain for seven years. The towing of cars without RR parking stickers can get a bit rabid, but I've also come in at 4am in December and not found a space because there were guests in the resident spaces. The noise from parties gets excessive around finals and holidays, but that is to be expected so close to campus. I had no problems with maintainence, and the management did thier best to keep the grounds and buildings clean. The night security guards were courtious, and the office staff seemed competent. The apartments are spacious, although valdalism and petty crime have risen slightly since I moved in. I would live here again given the right circumstances.
