The biggest problem that I had with these apartments is the parking. You might as well take the bus because you may not have a spot even ofr your car after work. Guests, yeah, you may also want to pick up your friends because they wont have a place to park either. The apartments themselves are not to bad and I have never had a problem with maintenance. That may also be because of how close I was to the clubhouse. We did have the security come to our apartment several times for complaints of too much noise. Its funny because not only were we not loud, the security gaurd came up and asked us to be a little less loud and all we were doing is playing playstation2. Like I said the apartments our nice, but, there are alot of problems with the staff and parking. Damn that parking. Anyways I am sure there are better places and I am sure there are worse.

You live in an apartment community. It is not a house, you shold know that the smallest amount of noise you make can get you into trouble. That is the way it is everywhere, read your lease stupid!
