I lived in this place for technically 6 months and started moving out because of roomate issues but, when I moved in the place smelled soooooo bad that I immediately had to vomit. The bathrooms had mold and yellow crust all over the place. The washer had about 2 feet of standing, moldy, smelly water that took 3 weeks to get fixed. The management cashed my check for rent too early after they said that they dont cash checks until the 1st and bounced my bank account all over the universe then demanded that I pay another $500 within 24 hours. So needless to say, they wont run your checks back through your bank because it supposedly cost them money. I'd like to know what happens with the fees incurred money because it sure as hell does not go for beautification of the complex. If you are constantly drunk and like LOUD music blaring while you are sleeping, and/or hearing your upstairs neighbors have arguments and have sex all night long, then this is the place to live. The apartments are trash!!!!

its a college community...you should live residential if you don't like partying and drinking...i knew about riverrain a year before i even went to eastern, your pretty dumb if you never heard of its reputation...your own fault for choosing to live there.

It is your own fault for choosing RiverRain. It is full of college kids and we all know they have no idea how to live right. My suggestion, do a little more research before moving into a community.
