Ok, first let's get one thing straight. The majority of people that live in this complex are college students. Therefore, they aren't going to make you pay out the wazoo for rent and like the motto goes, you get what you pay for.

I for one think that there is nothing really wrong with riverrain. The only problem of course is parking. It is a little ridiculous and I defenietly was not happy about having to walk 3 min. instead of 2 sec. to my apartment complex in the dead of winter but it's really not all that bad.

The maintanence guys are very personable and friendly. Whenever I had a problem they were usually at my aparment to fix it that day or the next. I've never had a problem with the management so I don't know what everyone is talking about, but I also choose not to deal or talk with Caroline.

All in all, it is not a bad place to live in for a college apartment and the amenities that are included.

If this person has a problem with Caroline he or she should talk with her and straighten out the problem. She is very reasonable.
