I may be a potential tennant at riverrain. I have read all the posts on this site as well as the posts about other complexes in the area. I am pretty sure riverrain will be my choice for a number of reasons: The price is far better than anything I've looked at especially if you have a roommate you can split the cost. The appearance is nice it doesn't look old and run down, and the location is perfect you can walk to the little strip mall, and even to campus in the spring and fall. Parking looked like more than enough spots, and when I visited a friend last semester we had a small get together, I mean come on now we are college kids. No one bothered us at all. I really liked the tile in the apartment it makes for easy clean up. The washer and dryer inside the apartment major plus and you don't have to pay extra. I don't know I guess its a gamble anywhere you choose to live. But again for the price and the looks I'm choosing riverrain

I don't think you should highly recommend an apartment you've never lived in. Wait till it's YOU trying to park, or sleep.
