I've lived here for almost 2 years now... I'd say this place isnt the best, but it could be a lot worse. 1st off... the towing USED to be horrendous, but they got new towing and they are much more reasonable. Second, new managment... not stellar, but much better than it was. 3rd, the noise. most of the time is pretty quiet, altho theyre are parties on friday/saturday night and on holidays (halloween and such). There are the occasional random ass parties on tuesday night that go till 5am and yeah, it does suck... the suck-curity seems to only be around to break up YOUR party (altho there is definetly favoritism goin on, without a doubt). 4th, the maintenace guys are awesome. I've never meet a more easy going crew than these guys, you can ask em something outside away from the apartment, and not only do they remember who you are, but they ask you if its still a problem even after you yourself forgot. Stuff is always fixed promptly. Excellent. 5th... the parking kinda sucks, if you come home after 10pm, plan on parking in the back, but again, its not aweful. 6th, the apartment I was in was ratty as hell.. burn marks and stains galore on the carpet, then about the time management changed, they offered us new carpet and tile for $35/mo extra, and it is reall nice in here now. 7th... the internet and cable is pretty bad. Yeah its free, but its offered through Prime Student Housing and it does suck pretty much. Itll go weeks with no problem, and then we'll have lots of trouble. Its wouldnt be so bad if wernt that they refuse to let comcast on the premisis because of some past... altercation (not really sure) so plan on gettin a dish of your own if you want decent TV.

All and all, this place isnt too bad. The price is a little higher than it should be, but then again, its cheaper than dorms, and its accross the street from school, so your paying for convienince.

I don't see how you can list valid complaints and still recommend the apartment.
