FIRE TRAP!!

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
Dangerous..a building caught on fire & residents had to be rescued off the balconies. Only escape route was the stairway..unfortunately the fire was in the stairway. City was notified but didn't seem to care much..fire was deemed arson but security camera didn't catch suspect.
