I have lived in 4 of the major Ann Arbor/Ypsilanti apartment complexes, and this is by far the worst experiance I have had with an apartment. The noise level is riduculous. Labor day weekend, I had to call security because drunk college guys were coming and LOOKING IN MY SLIDING GLASS DOOR, which had to be open because of course, THE A/C DIDN'T WORK WORTH A ----. Security was both pronpt and polite, and stood outside my door for a while. The after hours woman is rude and nasty, The walls are thin, and since every apartment has it's own washer and dryer, you can imagine that that when people are drying their clothes at 3 in the morning, it can get pretty annoying. The noise level is TERRIBLE. I understand that they're college apartments, but I'm to the point where I am not going to call security anymore, I am going to start calling the cops. The girl who lives upstairs from me had her car stolen last year. The apartment itself is beautiful, 1200 sq ft, washer and dryer, and it's perfectly set up for roommates. But I would never live here again, and I can't wait to move. Also I have been told that at the end of your lease, you have to move apartments or they will raise your rent.

Plus, they read all these reviews, and figure out who writes them. Maybe instead of wasting time trying to pinpoint the people who don't like it here, their efforts could be better spent fixing problems.
