Riverrain is a nice apartment complex that is very close to campus.
There is a full size washer and dryer in each apartment and the apartments are very spacious.
It is a bit pricey but the huge kitchen and large living room make up for that. Each apartment has two identical full baths which is very nice for roommate situations.
The noise that everyone on this site keeps talking about doesn't seem to be a problem for me. I'm on the third floor and the only walls that my apartment shares with others is one bedroom wall and one living room wall. The layouts are all exactly the same in each building and they did a good job making sure that the apartments aren't sharing lots of walls. My neighbors are extremely loud (I can tell when I'm in the hallway) but I can't hear them much in my apartment. They get security called on them all the time (I'm guessing by the people below them). It seems to me that living on the third floor makes all the difference with the noise issue. The third floor apartments also have nice cathedral ceilings in the living rooms.
The free internet and cable work well and are pretty reliable. The cable is very basic, but it's free!
The grounds are nicely kept and although sometimes you may have to park in the guest lot, there is always adequate parking nearby. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
Overall, I would say that although this is NOT a family friendly apartment complex it IS a great place for college students!
