These are very spacious apartments with large kitchen, full bathrooms for each bedroom, and washer/dryer/water heater in each apartment. Maintenance guys are GREAT and very friendly/accommodating. When our water heater broke they replaced it same day before I came home from work and cleaned up EVERYTHING! Noise level really isn't bad. They are in a college town right next to campus, THERE WILL BE PARTIES! Lots of them too! The place was very safe, we got to know most of our neighbors and almost everyone was friendly/helpful. Parking is TERRIBLE! Do not listen to management's claims of "we have plenty of parking, no worries there". Park early and keep tabs on the cars in the area since people who don't live there will park there for days and security does nothing. CALL to have them towed yourself!! Management was reasonable, and usually admitted to wrongdoings on their part. The place is a bit pricey but you do get alot and the price is usually negotiable (even with resigning). Breaking up the rent with a couple roommates (which is what the layout is designed for) makes the rent pretty affordable.
