I moved in this winter and the heat's working great, it's very comfortable in my apartment. New windows will be coming in the near future for the entire building. The River's Edge staff continuously demonstrates their commitment to running an excellent housing community.

When I moved in I found a few minor things needing repair or replacement, put in the work order, and soon everything was taken care of. I suspected my fridge was running too often. One day I came home and discovered a brand new fridge in its place!

The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly, and they're easy to contact. Free cookies and sales papers available in the office, good parking availability. I haven't heard any noise through my apartment walls. This apartment is a great size, considering its monthly rental cost.
