This place at one time was a very great place to live.... it's always been a little over priced but it was a great place to live.... THEN CAME THE NEW MANAGEMENT... the apartment manager is not a very good one, and if I didn't have to worry about an assault charge I'd kick her. The first thing that she changed was the increase in the cost if a visitors car was towed because they were parked in a residents spot after 11pm. Did i mention that none of the residents were informed of this...

On a side note, the towing company will make you want to kill them because if you have a fried stop by after 11 for 5 minutes to drop something off or to just say hi for 2 minutes, they'll get towed.... 30 seconds of your car being stationary in a resident spot you'll be towed....

But back to the venting. These mutha----a's came to do there yearly inspection and we told them every thing that was wrong, the closet doors were falling off, there is an outlet in my bedroom that we are scared to death to use because when you plug things in it makes sparks and the stuff on the other side of the room goes out and the light in the closet stops working, and the shower leaks and that our fridge make this weird dripping nose and never stops. and did they fix it... NO, an attempt was made but nothing was really resolved and our shower still leaks....

The walls are paper thin and there is always a breeze, you have to blast your heat to make your apartment unbearably hot and then turn it off so the outside air can even it out.

There once was a time when you could talk to management about issues about rent, say you got sick, missed work and you would have to pay late...NOT ANYMORE. Our new dear manager believes that everyone is out to screw her, so short of death, anything that may come up is irrelevant. I'm guessing that is because she is a bad judge of people so she can't do things on a case by case basis. Their have been times where we work something out with her and while i admit, things didn't go as planned, she acts as though no effort was made at all, you have to keep impeccable records, because she will, shall we say "alter" or "exaggerate" the truth. Other than the close proximity to eastern or the need for stress in your life I wouldn't reccomend it.

Of course if you can pay your lease off up front, become a handyman, never have to deal with any of the employees, never have friends comeover on the weekends b/c you have the party house next door that take up all the visitor parking (which I know has nothing to do with management), and as long as nothing goes wrong with your car that has it out of commission for over a week (and as long as you dont go out of town with family and leave your car) with a current permit registered with the office, you should be just fine here!

You can't tell me you didn't know about the towing thing when you moved in. Everybody knows that, and you sign a form acknowleging it.

The complex has no control over the cost of the towing. They set the rule of 11 pm and picked the towing company that is the extent of that. And every resident had to know about the towing policy because you signed a paper at leasing time or you wouldnt be allowed to move in
