Policies and procedures are implemented to provide all of our residents with a comfortable and convenient place to live!

Every resident here receives a copy of parking rules when they move in. If the resident does not explain them to their guest, then the resident is responsible for their guests car being towed. We have no control over the price of towing. City and State now tacks on fees for their pocket, raising the price!

My maintenance guys have been here for many years. They have always put in every effort
to take care of the residents. If the resident doesn't call in the request, we can't fix it!

Most people know that rental payments should always be first. We do take every situation into consideration. If the resident makes an arrangement and fails to keep it, then we do follow through on our normal procedures.

We do care about our residents! We want them to enjoy their home. If you do have a problem, please contact me directly. I will do everything in my power to correct the problem immediately.

No one apparently explains the parking rules to their guest because they park wherever they want to and don't get towed. I can't even count the amount of times I've come home from work and couldn't park next to my apartment cause someone was having a party. I look in all the windshields and see no passes. No one ever gets towed. It's not a priority I suppose but you're on top of the rent right?
