When we moved in we thought we had made a good choice because the doors to get into the building locked, we were told there was night patrol of the grounds, and the staff in the office seemed fairly knowledgeable and friendly.
When we came to sign our lease we could not access the apartment that we had been assigned so we said we would be back in a couple days. When we returned they had done nothing to get in to the apartment so they put us in a different apartment. Then when we moved in we gave the management a list of problems that should be fixed. A month later nothing was done. There was no patrol of the grounds like we were told and it said on the website. We had to threaten legal action to get any work done, and instead of reinstating the night patrol they just took it off their website. We are still having problems that haven't been fixed since we moved in and now they see to think it is okay to give us three hours written notice before entering our apartment knowing full well that we had not gotten said written notice. Also, the "security door" to get in to the building has been broken for more than a week, and every day I have come home from work to find it wide open. I notified the staff that the door wasn't working as it should and still nothing has been done. Five days ago a "manager" and a repair guy were walking around the grounds and noticed it was broken and mentioned that it should get fixed and still nothing. I am almost ready to fix it myself and send them a bill for parts and labor.
If you can afford to go anywhere else do it because the staff doesn't care they just want to divert the blame to the "old" staff then do nothing to fix the problem.
