It's not so bad here considering this is Ypsilanti. I'll be renewing for my seventh year now and I don't have a whole lot to complain about. Noise is bad sometimes but this is pretty much student housing, what do you expect. I have heard that they are under new ownership....again. But I actually met with the guy and he seems pretty nice, has big ideas. They already changed the leasing office and it looks much better. I see they have landscaping people out here every day planting flowers and cutting the grass. Hey look, if you want luxury, live in Ann Arbor, but it comes with a price. People that live here are looking for affordability. Just keep your doors locked.

Im not asking for luxury. Im asking to not have to rack a shotgun in someones face for coming through my apt window at 3am, which might have been avoided if we had ever gotten screens on our windows (going on 8 months without them). Im asking to not have my fiancees cat converter cut out of her car for scrap while it sits in our god damn parking lot. Im not asking for luxury im asking for some type of safety. Also this place is one of the higher end price wise for 2 bedrooms in Ypsi. 695 is almost a hundred more a month then all the others.
