At first, it was a great affordable place...but NOW....well...

Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008
I lived in River's Edge for a year (recently moved out), and all the while I stayed there, it was a typical apartment complex. NOt great, but manageable. I never had problems with management, all my appliances worked, and I felt safe. However, management companies have since then switched....I left in April and I have not yet received my security deposit back. The new management company makes up nothing but excuses when you have inquiries and mislead you to their actions. I'll be taking River's Edge to court this month to sue for my deposit back....although the apartments are HUGE (and pretty clean), the management messes up the entire experience for the renter.
