This place is in a bad neighborhood, but I have never seen anything illegal happening. It is nice to have a gate and security, even if it only serves as a deterent. I don't doubt that there is drug trafficing going on, but I have never lived in an apartment complex where there wasn't. It is just expected that no matter how much you pay, if you are in a complex, there is bound to be drugs. The management here is nice and the apartments are spacious. If your looking for a large apartment for an inexpensive price, this place isn't bad. I pay $470 a month for 744 sq. ft. and have been pleased with my stay.
