Riverside Manor is located in the slums of Ypsilanti, populated mostly by the dregs of society.
The apartment manager is as shifty as they come, and outright ignores most of the glaring problems of the complex. Drug use is rampant, people sit in front of the buildings drinking 40's of malt liquor, and nobody in their right mind would trust their neighbor for anything. Homeless people get in at night because the front doors can't be properly locked, and they sleep in the halls and laundry room, sometimes stealing residents' clothes right out of the washer (yes, it happened to me.)
You definitely get what you pay for here... a hole in the wall to hang your hat while you look and pray for a decent and safe place to live.
P.S.-- The previous "great" review was so obviously written by Wingate Management Corporation, the company that owns this dump. The apartment manager lacks the verbal communication skill to even cobble *that* obvious lie together.
