I have been a resident since the property was taken over by Wingate. Unlike most other properties Riverside has had the same Property Manager since 1989. I think that discredits some of the previous reviews with regard to management. Prior to living here, I lived at another property that was managed by Riverside's manager and when she took over, I followed her along with a few others. I have been blessed to be in the presence of such wonderful people. All the staff, from the nosy cleaning lady who is very nice (just a little too talkative) to the maintenance staff and management, have made my stay here wonderful and I do not plan on leaving. I enjoy everything from the summertime hot dog social to the x-mas party (I love the gifts). Even when I am late with rent (which is frequent) the manager works with me. I think I get great service. I would recommend people living here. The rent is reasonable and people are nice. By the way, I have picked up some nice things from people being evicted. Talk about a garage sale! So pay your rent so all your stuff doesn't end up in my apartment when it gets put on the curb by the sheriff.
