I moved to Riverside Manor apartments in 1999. I had a credit rating that wasn't so great, and the management worked with me. There were times when I struggled and management worked with me. When there was a problem, management, maintenance were immediately available for service. I think that one thing that folks need to realize and understand is that Riverside Manor is not the Hilton, it is a place for folks to live while they are transisitoning in their lives. For the 5 years I lived there people moved in because it was perfect to fit there needs where they were at the time. When they moved their living, financial situation improved in order to move on in their lives. That was my situation, I finished grad school while at Riverside, got engaged, married and started my new family, and we were then blessed with the opportunity to move to another level in our lives. Everyone needs a starting point, and no place is perfect. Riverside is a diamond in the rough. I love the folks at management and I will forever be thankful to them for coming to my rescue when I needed them.
