Property Management is Horrible.

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003
 
I have literally heard the words "Sorry it has been two months since you've contacted me, but you were shoved to the bottom of the list," and "She doesn't always look, so you should keep contacting her."
This complex is loud, neigbors are generally rude, and satisfaction is not an aim.
