Management is crap and very rude

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003
I've lived here for almost 2 years and office staff is very rude and have lied to me several times. maintenice guys are nice, but when i tell them my apartment is freezing cold b/c all the windows are so old that wind blows through in the winter time and causes very high heating bills they just say that its my problem. i feel i over pay for the service that i recieve.
