I've lived at roundtree for (2) years. during those years the only maintance problem i've experienced is with the dish washer breaking. we had a really old model. our neighbors are nice and we are not bothered too much by noise. every now and again the apartment below us plays loud music, but it's usually good music. as far as living space goes we are a bit cramped with three people living in the two bed room. the second bed room is not really adequate for anything more than a twin bed with dresser. you could probably fit a tv in the smaller bed room too but that would push the space available. the master bed room is ok in size. you can probably fit a queen size bed two dressers and a desk, with enough room to move around. the living/dining room is oddly shaped though. we use our dining room as a pc area which can be a drag when trying to watch tv in the same room. some one else mentioned crime, i havent noticed any but i do see state police cruisers patrolling the place at night. another negative though is in the winter the flordia room's glass doors make it hard to keep the living room heated, so expect a slightly higher gas bill, same with keeping it cool in the summer. the bed rooms are fine though. thats my $0.02 on woods of round tree.

Hey it's me again. I completely forgot that I wrote this and it's been 3 years since so now would be a good time to update. We lost a roommate and decided to move into a 1 bedroom to cut down on cost. The new building we moved into was not as good as the one we left. The bedroom faced east, for the past 3 winters our bedroom has been unbelievably cold because the windows do not provide any insulation. I tried putting plastic over the windows to cut down on my heating cost and to make it bearable, but it didn't work. I've paid attention to the other apartments in my building and I've noticed that most people are doing the same thing with the plastic in the window. I wish management would re-do the windows for the whole complex, instead of the remodel of the main office/internet cafe. We've decided to move out of Roundtree. For the price we pay it's just not worth it anymore. I wouldn't recommend Roundtree any more, find a better apartment that doesn't cost as much for things you'll never use (Florida room, 24 hour gym, internet cafe, pool)
