I have lived in this complex for over three years. I am happy with the apartment, the office staff and maintenance. Office staff is friendly. Complex is dog friendly. Rent is reasonable. My one bedroom unit is a good size for me. The complex is currently upgrading apartments and landscaping. They are making some great improvements. Security deposit is managable. I haven't had a rent increase in two years. Great location.
